An umbrella organization for all groups operating under a pantheistic/polytheistic belief system, established by Alexandra Hanlon during the first Liaison Conference, following her realization that every habitat had sent at least one person with polytheistic or pantheistic beliefs and practices
These groups were tasked with identifying others in their individual habitats who shared their belief systems, and, like the SIGs, worked across habitats on areas of importance to everyone.
Once habitat groups were found, the Pan Pagan Alliance’s first public focus was on holding festivals. This ensured that all people with differing belief systems within the pagan umbrella had the opportunity to learn from one another and discover their commonalities. After a while, the festivals became open to the public.
They had another focus at the beginning, though, one that was held more closely until necessary: how to keep people energetically safe if a nuclear war happened and was as bad as Alexandra had estimated.
Members contributed surface funds to supply each habitat with the materials needed to develop energetically protected refuges on every residential floor.
