Habitat Administration,commonly known by its initials HA was tasked with ensuring the habitats were always livable by focusing on each habitat's physical, technological, and logistical requirements. All departments, from recycling to water and energy requirements, logistics, Stores, and even venue rentals, were under the Habitat Administration.

Habitat Administration ran departments until the elected government was formed.
