Taking place three months after Alexandra Hanlon came down to the habitats, the Liaison Conference saw every Foundation Board Member, every General Manager of Habitat Administration, every liaison head, and twenty members from every habitat’s newly formed LCO staff gather at North American Habitat East (NAHE) for a two-week, in-person conference. It was the first and last time they gathered before the Catastrophe.
The conference focused on the LCO Initiatives, including the creation of frameworks for Habitat Governance through the Governmental Formation and Charter Interpretation Initiatives.
